Are you interested in expanding your knowledge about teaching Swahili language?

If so, consider applying to attend the STARTALK Summer Swahili Professional Development Program!

What: An intensive three-week program that will allow you to participate in professional development that will focus on quality instruction, curriculum and assessments for Swahili Language

Who: This program is open to both prospective and new teachers of Swahili.

Where: The program will take place at the Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.

When: The program dates are: July 8 - 26, 2013

> July 8-12 (One-Week Distance Learning Program –Non Residential)

> July 15-26 (Two-Week Residential Program in Bloomington)

Cost: Each participant selected for this program will receive the following support:

Accommodation support
Travel reimbursement for out of town participants*
Per diem for meals not covered during the program
Certificate of Completion will be given to those who successfully complete the program.
