Unit 17: On the air!
Cultural values, current events, target-language news broadcasts; conducting and comprehending oral interviews; review of news vocabulary, commands, expressing feelings and opinions, providing and obtaining information orally; target-language web and print media research. The unit lasts for 8-10 days.
Objectives
Students will be able to:

- Content Stage III:

- Students address concrete and factual topics, including social norms, community issues, environmental concerns, media, internet, television, radio, film, effects of technology in the modern world.

- Students use planned language (paragraphs and strings of paragraphs.)
- Students engage in oral conversations, present to an audience of listeners or viewers.
