Day four: Group rehearsal
Objective
- Students will continue group preparations for the Culminating Project
Setting the Stage (5 minutes)
Teacher asks for a report from each Group secretary as to what the group did yesterday to plan for the Culminating Project.
Teacher answers any further questions students have about the project.
Input (5 minutes)
Teacher presents his or her own Family Shield or Crest
Independent Practice (30 minutes)
Student groups continue work on their Family Shield project.
Closure (15 minutes)
Student groups rehearse their presentation with other groups. Teacher calls the class to order a minute before the end of class and asks students to provide feedback on the rehearsal process.
